Plans
Once Per Week Membership $45 every month • 4 visits per Month • This plan gives you access to any 4 FIT4MOM Austin classes per month. Best for the mama who can only stride with us once a week!
Premium Unlimited Membership $89 every month • Unlimited visits • This plan gives you access to unlimited in-person stroller classes at any location as well as all virtual workouts and FIT4Littles classes for your whole fam.

The $35 enrollment fee covers your starter band kit (which includes a resistance band and mini bands).

Elite Unlimited Membership $109 every month • Unlimited visits • This plan gives you access to ALL in-person and virtual classes; including stroller based classes and Body Boost classes. Attend unlimited classes at any location each month.

Maternity Leave Pass $135 • Unlimited visits for 6 weeks • Attend unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Virtual Workout classes for 6 weeks. Best for the mama who can only join us for morning classes before returning to work.
Annual Unlimited Stroller Membership $890 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • This annual unlimited membership allows you to attend unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Virtual Workout classes for an entire year.

Join FIT4MOM Austin and Baby Bump Yoga for Saturday’s in the Park ☀️

In this 3 part spring series, we will bring you sweat, self-care, and sisterhood! First you will pump it up with a 30 minute cardio blast; a modified version of our Strides 360 class. Then you’ll get to slow it down and focus inward during a 45 minute yoga flow. Finally, we’ll end each class with coffee, snacks, and some mama chat time.

These classes are open to moms in all stages of motherhood; prenatal to years postpartum. Modifications can be made for any fitness level.

Kiddos are welcome to attend class with you (4 & under in strollers) or you can come solo and enjoy some time for yourself. Whatever your preference, you’ll get to fill your Saturday morning with endorphins and new mama friends.

Grab a yoga mat, water, and anything you might need to keep those littles happy in their stroller!
