Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Body Boost 1 visit freeFrom $16 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

Body Boost® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Our virtual option is a 45-minute workout that gets you all the goodness of our traditional class, minus that songs and play for kiddos.

Virtual 360 1 visit freeFrom $16 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're barely getting up. Our virtual version is a 45 minute higher cardio class utilizing bodyweight movements with an option for resistance bands or hand weights as an added challenge.

Fit4Littles Class 1 visit freeFrom $9 per visit with FIT4Littles Class Pass pass

Fit4Littles is a fun and functional workout for kids! This class is designed for preschool to early elementary aged littles. Written by an instructor certified in both fitness training and child development, each 20 minute workout is designed with specific age-appropriate skills and developmental milestones in mind. Kids will be swept into a world of fun and fitness; engaged with exciting movements that help them stay active.

This class is an amazing way to allow kids the time to "workout like mom", engage with friends, get in some physical activity, and/or fulfill PE and recess time slots for virtual schooling.

Body Boost® Express is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This workout cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.

Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).

Spring Run Club+ is a SPECIAL 10 week run training session! While usually we focus on training for a specific distance race, this session will be able to be customized to your unique needs and goals!


With this 10 week program you will receive:
- Individual check-ins and tips from our certified Run coach
- Accountability from a small, motivated group of like-minded mamas
- A training plan outlining timed runs, distance runs, rest days, cross training days

- Guidance on recovery methods, fueling for runs, and more
- Once per week group runs on Saturday mornings at 8am

Body Well™ is an 8-week program focused on nutrition, movement, mindfulness, body positivity, and self-love. It's exactly what you need right now, no matter your season of motherhood.

It includes small group fitness coaching & community-based workouts with other mamas (virtually or in-person), nutritional guidance, all-new recipes, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress, sleep better, fall in love with your body and yourself. Helping you find wellness inside & out.

During this preview, our amazing Body Well coaches will run you through a workout in our signature Body Boost style, give you a little insight into the program, and answer any questions you may have about what you can expect during the 8 week session.
